Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lisa Krause ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the mobile application (the "App") and all related services, features, content, and functionality.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1.Important Entertainment Disclaimer
THE APP PROVIDES AI-GENERATED CONTENT FOR ENTERTAINMENT, REFLECTIVE, AND IMAGINATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.
AI outputs generated by the App — including but not limited to past life interpretations, soul stories, archetypes, karmic lessons, past life portraits, personality assessments, or manner-of-death descriptions — are fictional, speculative, and intended as creative works.
The content:
- Is not factual or historical
- Does not represent real past lives or events
- Does not constitute spiritual truth or verified belief systems
- Must not be interpreted as objective reality
Users expressly acknowledge the AI-generated content is imaginative entertainment similar to fiction, storytelling, or games.
2.No professional advice
The App does not provide and is not intended to provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, spiritual, historical, or professional advice of any kind. Any content generated by the App should not be relied upon for decisions concerning personal guidance.
3.AI-generated content disclaimer
All outputs are generated automatically by artificial intelligence systems using probabilistic models and user-provided inputs. Results may be inaccurate, nonsensical, fabricated, inconsistent, or incomplete. The Company does not verify AI-generated results.
4.User responsibility and assumption of risk
By using the App you agree that you understand the fictional nature of its outputs, are solely responsible for how you interpret or use the content, and will not rely on generated content as factual, psychological, spiritual, or professional advice.
5.Eligibility and age requirements
You must be at least 18 years old. The App is not directed toward children. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable laws.
6.User inputs and uploaded content
By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process, analyse, and use such content solely to provide and improve the App. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content and agree not to upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or sensitive content.
7.Intellectual property rights
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, branding, designs, interfaces, algorithms, and generated outputs, are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, or use outputs to train competing AI systems.
8.Payments and in-app purchases
The App may offer one-time purchases that unlock personalised AI-generated content. Digital content is personalised and delivered immediately; the service is considered fully performed upon generation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, purchases are non-refundable due to instant delivery of a customisable element, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require refunds. Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorised platforms.
9.Analytics and usage tracking
The App uses Firebase Analytics and related tools to collect anonymised usage information. Where required by applicable law, tracking technologies activate only after user consent. Data is used solely to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
10.Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the Company shall not be liable for emotional distress, psychological impact, misinterpretation of content, decisions made based on App outputs, loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, submitted User Content, or reliance on generated content.
12.Platform compliance
Use of the App must comply with all applicable Apple App Store and Google Play policies. Platform providers are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by their respective agreements.
13.Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law or platform policies. Upon termination, licences granted to you immediately cease.
14.Changes to these terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the App with an amended "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.Governing law
Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of a jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
16.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
